BBQ Chicken Sliders and Roasted Cauliflower

BBQ chicken sliders, meet your new favorite side.

This slow-cooker BBQ chicken is juicy, flavorful, and basically makes itself. Perfect for busy nights or game day spreads. Paired with garlicky, parmesan-topped roasted cauliflower, you’ve got a meal that’s equal parts comfort and veggie-packed goodness.

The best part? The chicken cooks while you do literally anything else, and the cauliflower roasts in the oven in under 30 minutes. Pile the tender, saucy chicken onto slider buns, add extra BBQ sauce if you’re feeling it, and serve with that crispy, cheesy cauliflower for a dinner that’s low-stress and high-reward.
