I’m Jodi.

By day, I work full-time as a Director of Marketing. By night, I’m figuring out what to make for dinner just like everyone else.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 23 years, and we have two amazing girls. We live in sunny South Florida (234 days of sunshine a year doesn’t hurt!).

Things I love? Iced coffee & Orange Vanilla Polar Seltzer. Acoustic, praise & worship music, and the sound of my daughter’s flute. Beach walks, cozy dinners, and a fridge that’s not a mystery zone.

hey there,

SUPPERFUL’S STORY

What if dinner didn’t have to be so hard?

BEFORE IT WAS A BUSINESS, IT WAS JUST AN IDEA

Years ago, as a new mom, I started hosting “Recipe Swap Nights” in my living room. No pressure. No Pinterest. Just real food from real kitchens.

We’d taste each other’s go-to meals, swap recipes tested on toddlers and tired parents, and head home with new ideas. My favorite theme? Something I Make Every Week.

Those nights we shared more than just food. They were about connection, encouragement, and taking one thing off someone else’s plate (literally and mentally). They taught me that dinner is about connection, not perfection.

THE TURNING POINT

Fast forward a few years… I started working full-time. After long days, I’d find myself staring into a fridge full of ingredients and still reaching for my phone to order takeout (again).

The guilt hit hardest when I tossed spoiled food we never used. One night, looking at the waste, I said, “Enough.”

That was the moment I turned what I’d learned from those swaps into a simple, flexible system, something that could work even on the busiest nights. What started as my own sanity-saver became the heart of Supperful.

DINNER DOESN’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT

Those recipe swap nights, and that fridge moment, taught me something powerful: We don’t need fancy recipes. We don’t need to scour the internet for the “ultimate” or commit to something with 32 ingredients.

We need simplicity, support, and systems that work with real life.

Supperful is here to help you:

  • Skip the overthinking

  • Save time (and sanity)

  • Feel proud of what ends up on the table

Whether you’re starting from scratch or just need a reset, here you’ll find practical tools, encouragement, and zero-judgment recipes that make dinner feel doable.
