TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR DIGITAL GOODS AND SERVICES

Last Updated: April 11, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Purchase for Digital Goods and Services (“Terms”) are between you (“Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) and Supperful, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your purchase of digital products, services, and related offerings (“Products”) through our website, including www.supperful.com and any related pages or subdomains (the “Website”).

By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” “Enroll,” “Register,” or any similar purchase button, submitting payment electronically, or otherwise purchasing a Product through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use, these Terms will control with respect to your purchase and use of any Product.

Eligibility

By purchasing a Product, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and meet the legal requirements in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

Products

Our Products may include, but are not limited to, digital courses, mini courses, prerecorded video lessons, worksheets, templates, guides, downloadable resources, PDF files, Google Docs, bonuses, and other educational digital materials.

Pricing and Payment

By providing us with a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us to charge it for all fees related to your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars.

For one-time purchases, the full purchase price is due at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing, offer limited-time promotions, or modify pricing for future purchases at any time. Any such change will not affect a completed purchase already made by you.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase, unless we are legally required to collect and remit them.

We strive to present accurate pricing and product descriptions, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time. If a Product you purchased was listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, or contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price.

Delivery and Access

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email with details concerning your purchase and access instructions.

Digital Products are delivered electronically. For online courses and prerecorded content, access will generally be provided through ThriveCart Learn. Downloadable materials, including worksheets, templates, bonuses, PDFs, and Google Docs, may be provided within the course platform, by email, or by direct link.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to contact us promptly at hello@supperful.com if you do not receive your order confirmation or access details.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or at checkout, your purchase includes lifetime access to the Product. For purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as the Company continues to offer and maintain the Product on its chosen platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time, provided that if we discontinue a Product you have purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to access and save the materials.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for eligible digital Products, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

To request a refund, you must email hello@supperful.com within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

After the 7-day refund period has expired, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

If a refund is issued, your access to the Product will be revoked.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product while the dispute is pending and to permanently revoke access if the chargeback is upheld or the payment is reversed.

We may provide these Terms, your order confirmation, and proof of access or delivery to the applicable payment processor or financial institution in order to respond to the dispute.

If you experience any issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@supperful.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

License Grant and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your personal use only, subject to these Terms.

All Products and all related content, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, downloads, text, graphics, branding, frameworks, methodologies, and course materials, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may:

  • access and use the Product for your own personal educational purposes;

  • download and print worksheets, templates, and resources for your own personal use; and

  • save copies of materials for your own reference, so long as all branding, copyright notices, and proprietary notices remain intact.

You may not:

  • share your login credentials with any other person;

  • allow any other person to access the Product through your account;

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise share the Product or any portion of it with any third party;

  • redistribute downloaded materials, whether free or paid;

  • use the Product or its contents to create, sell, or distribute a competing or substantially similar product;

  • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or

  • claim the Product or any portion of it as your own.

Each purchase is for one user only. If another individual wants access, they must purchase their own license.

Account and Access Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your login information has been compromised or if there has been any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe account sharing, unauthorized use, or a violation of these Terms has occurred.

Educational Purpose Only

Our Products are intended for educational and informational support only.

Nothing in our Products is intended to constitute medical, nutrition, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided and for determining whether it is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

You should consult an appropriate qualified professional before relying on any information in our Products where professional guidance is needed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All Products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Products will meet your expectations, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all content will be free from inaccuracies, omissions, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or transformation from your use of any Product. Individual results will vary based on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any Product.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any Product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your misuse of a Product;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of any law or third-party right; or

  • your unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any Product content.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Product, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, redistribution, login sharing, misuse of materials, or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Product will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of a Product shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@supperful.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

Each party agrees to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that or any other provision, and any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your purchase and use of Products and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and representations.
